These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ns999 and every individual who accesses or uses the ns999 platform, including its website, mobile interface, casino products, sportsbook, and all related services. By registering an ns999 account or using any part of the ns999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
These cards summarise the most important obligations and protections in the ns999 Terms & Conditions. They are not a substitute for the full Agreement below.
ns999 services are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual may hold only one active ns999 account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same identity or different identities by the same person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
All ns999 bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. ns999 does not apply undisclosed bonus restrictions. Full bonus terms are published in Section 4 of this Agreement and on the relevant promotion page.
Withdrawal of PKR funds requires completion of the ns999 identity verification (KYC) process. ns999 processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in Section 3. Funds can only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in the account holder's own verified name.
Any attempt to defraud ns999 — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, chip dumping, collusion in poker or live tables, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
ns999 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion via the account settings dashboard. Players who self-exclude will have their account suspended for the elected duration. These tools exist to protect players and must not be circumvented.
1.1 The ns999 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
1.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. ns999 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
1.3 Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age restriction — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ns999 will close any account found to have been registered with false information and will forfeit any balance, bonus credit, or winnings held in that account.
2.1 Each person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) ns999 account at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether concurrently or sequentially after a previous account's closure — is strictly prohibited. ns999 employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection.
2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ns999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ns999 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid will be treated as activity authorised by you.
2.3 You must notify ns999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Contact ns999 support at [email protected] as soon as possible. ns999 will investigate and, where appropriate, take measures to secure the account. ns999 is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.
2.4 You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your email address — current and accurate. ns999 communicates important account, security, and regulatory notices by email. Failure to maintain a valid email address may result in delayed notifications for which ns999 bears no responsibility.
2.5 ns999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account, your balance, or any bonus credits to any other person. Any attempted transfer is void and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ns999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT (TRC20 network). ns999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice where practical.
3.2 Currency. All ns999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, any conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider and applicable fees are borne by the account holder.
3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the ns999 wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three banking business days to be reflected. ns999 does not charge internal deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
3.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before processing any withdrawal, ns999 requires that: (a) the account holder has completed KYC verification; (b) the minimum withdrawal threshold has been met; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the verified account holder's own name. ns999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified withdrawal requests are processed within the following target timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 24 hours; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) — one to three banking business days; Visa/Mastercard — three to five banking business days; USDT TRC20 — within 12 hours subject to network conditions. ns999 reserves the right to extend these timeframes for security review purposes.
3.6 Refusal of Deposits. ns999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity. In such cases, ns999 will return the funds to the originating payment method where technically possible.
4.1 ns999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including, but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sports betting free bets, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and summarised at the point of opt-in.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits awarded by ns999 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms. ns999 will clearly state the applicable multiplier in every promotion's terms.
4.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. As a general guide: live casino games and slots typically contribute at 100%, while certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
4.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus credits and any winnings derived solely from those credits will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
4.5 Bonus Abuse. ns999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, use of automated software to process wagering, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotions contrary to their intent.
4.6 ns999 may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, ns999 will honour the bonus for eligible players who have already opted in, subject to the terms in force at the time of opt-in.
5.1 All bets placed on the ns999 sportsbook are subject to the ns999 Sports Betting Rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted. All casino game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator. ns999 does not manipulate game outcomes at the account level.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. ns999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, bets placed after an event has commenced without in-play markets being open, bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, or bets placed by accounts under security review.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event is cancelled or abandoned, the market is suspended at the time of placement due to a technical error, or the bet was placed on the basis of odds that were published in error. Void bets are refunded at stake value to the account balance.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. ns999 applies maximum single-event and aggregate daily payout limits. These limits are specified in the ns999 Sports Betting Rules and are subject to change. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout will not be paid.
5.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and ns999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ns999 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
6.2 ns999 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection may result in account suspension pending investigation. ns999 will notify the account holder of the outcome of any investigation to the extent permitted by applicable law and its own security policies.

7.3 ns999 will not knowingly allow self-excluded players to re-register or circumvent exclusion measures. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed and any funds deposited during the exclusion period will be returned.
8.1 All content published on the ns999 platform — including but not limited to the ns999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ns999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your ns999 account grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ns999 platform for your own private, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any ns999 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any ns999 software; create derivative works based on ns999 content; or use the ns999 brand or any associated trademarks without prior written consent.
8.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to ns999 regarding the platform become the property of ns999 and may be used without compensation or attribution to the submitting party.
9.1 The ns999 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. ns999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which ns999 will not be liable.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ns999's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the ns999 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ns999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ns999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the ns999 platform, even if ns999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 ns999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party, or your use of the platform in breach of this Agreement.
10.1 ns999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct described in Section 6, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
10.2 Upon permanent account closure for breach of this Agreement, ns999 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to any breach by the account holder, ns999 will process the return of any verified available balance to the account holder's registered payment method.
10.3 You may close your ns999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any verified available balance at the time of closure will be returned after the standard KYC and withdrawal verification process.
10.4 Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 8 (Intellectual Property), Section 9 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 11 (Disputes) — shall continue to apply after account closure.
11.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. If you have a dispute regarding any ns999 transaction, bet outcome, or account action, you must first contact ns999 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. ns999 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a reasoned written response within ten (10) business days.
11.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with ns999's response to your dispute, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution process provided by the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence ns999 operates. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided in ns999's response to your initial dispute.
11.3 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute arising in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ns999 holds its international gaming licence. By using the ns999 platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the processes described in Sections 11.1 and 11.2.
11.4 Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
12.1 ns999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms come into effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be updated without prior notice.
12.2 The current version of the ns999 Terms & Conditions is always available at ns999.bet/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version entered into force.
12.3 Your continued use of the ns999 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact ns999 to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
